Who we are
This website is operated by Energy Concerns Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We are a solar panel, battery storage, EV charger and air conditioning installer based at 81 Livingstone Lane, Leicester, LE9 7EZ. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data. You can contact us at Info@energyconcernsltd.co.uk or on 0116 497 6782.
What data we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through our enquiry forms, quote builder, solar calculator, or when you contact us directly. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, postcode, the service you are interested in, and any details you add in a message. We do not collect special category data.
How we use your data
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, design and quote for your project, arrange a free survey or planning call, and provide the services you request. We rely on your consent (when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries as the lawful bases for processing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Form submissions are processed by our form provider (Formspree) so that enquiries reach us by email. Our booking and quote tool (SolaFlow) may process the details you enter into it. We may share data with trusted suppliers and finance partners (such as HomeTree) only where necessary to deliver a service you have requested, and only under appropriate data-processing terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer data only for as long as necessary to respond to you, deliver our services, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Info@energyconcernsltd.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site uses minimal browser storage to remember your session and any campaign attribution (for example, how you arrived at the site) so we can serve you better. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
